The secondary plant compounds in HAY SPRAY, derived from the oregano plant, have been scientifically proven to be antimicrobial and fungicidal, supporting digestive health. Antimicrobial agents have the ability to eliminate existing microbes (bacteria and moulds).
HAY SPRAY does not alter the nutritional value of the forage. Proteins, vitamins, micro- and macronutrients remain intact even after treatment with HAY SPRAY – unlike soaking or steaming. The high antioxidant power of the pure natural oregano oil reduces free radicals and thus strengthens the immune system. You can prepare the hay in the evening for the next morning, or in the morning for the evening feeding.
HAY SPRAY requires no electricity and drastically reduces water consumption. To treat 10–12 kg of hay, you only need one litre of water.
